Each service is subject to its own scope, timeline, and pricing, as agreed upon with the client.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for project completion.

  • Ensure they have the rights to use any content (text, images, logos, etc.) provided to us.

  • Review deliverables promptly and communicate necessary feedback.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as top Google rankings, sales numbers, or ad performance. Our role is to optimize strategies to increase your chances of success.

We are not responsible for:

  • Technical issues caused by third-party providers (hosting, domain, payment gateways, etc.).

  • Delays caused by incomplete client information or lack of communication.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Any website, graphics, or creative assets developed remain the intellectual property of Enrico Paragas until full payment is made.

  • After full payment, ownership of deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is not made on time.

  • The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior.

  • The project requires activities against our professional or ethical standards.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
